In today's world of automation, when you call a business you expect to have your call answered by a machine.

Not so at Chapman BMW. Here we have what General Manager Randy Scott calls, "the best in the business," handling incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.

Darline Parney and Renee Wang both love what they do and that enthusiasm is evident in the quality of their work. With a combined 40 plus years of dealership experience, both say that manning the front desk is by far their favorite position.

Darline, a Michigan native, moved to Tucson with her husband of 10 years, Christopher, and their Yellow Lab, Skye, in 2001. Chris had attended college in Santa Fe, New Mexico and fell in love with the Sonoran Desert lifestyle. When he was offered a position that allowed them the opportunity to return to the Southwest, they jumped at it!

In Tucson Darline worked at another Chapman store, Mercedes Benz of Tucson for 8 years. When the couple made the move to the Chandler area, Darline says she was very fortunate to be able to stay with the Chapman organization, coming to the BMW store.

Renee is an Arizona native and the mother of two amazing girls, Breanna and Emma. In 2004 she ran her first marathon and the following year, she did it again. If anyone has ever trained for and competed in a marathon, you know how much commitment it takes to accomplish such a feat.

After 10 years of working at another dealership in the Scottsdale area, she retired to stay home with her girls. But after 8 years, she found herself ready to come back to work when Chapman BMW opened their doors in Chandler.

Now days, she spends her free time hanging out with her daughters by the pool or at the mall and taking care of their gecko lizard, Ocotillo and the newest addition to their family, a dwarf hamster named Chubster.
