Post a CommentIf you are looking for a place to live and call home, my advice is to avoid The Lane at Towne Crossing like the plague. They are rip-off artists to the MAX. For one thing, when it comes time to renew your lease if you want to go on a month to month basis, your rent will more than double. If you sign a 3 month lease, your rent only increases by about 80%, almost double. If you sign a six month lease, it increases by about half. So on and so forth, with incremental rent increases unless you sign another year lease in which case your rent MIGHT stay the same. They charge different people different rental rates for the same size apartment, too. The poor guy living across the hall from me has lived there 7 years and he is paying $200 a month more for his apartment than I was for mine. The people upstairs only moved in at the end of 2009 and their rent is about $100 more than mine was. All the same size apartments, all identical.
