Chicken 3 inch pieces- 1kg.
Large Onions - 3
Curry leaves - 10
Chicken Masala powder- 4 Tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
Green chillies - 4
Potatoes, cubed - 2 cups
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Salt and a touch of vinegar to taste
Chicken Masala powder can be substituted with a combination of corriander powder 2 tbsp, chilli powder-1 tsp, turmeric- 1/4 tsp, 2 pieces cinnamon and 3 cloves.
Saute the onions, curry leaves and green cillies in oil, untill golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and masala powder. Heat for a few minutes, add Chicken pieces and fry them for a while and add potatoes, vinegar and salt. Half a cup of hot water may be added for gravy. Cook for 15 minutes in medium heat. Serve hot with Rice, Tacos or Chappathis.
