There's a party coming up and you need to bring a dish but you're short on time. Don't worry, this easy hot cheese dip will be loved by everyone. The only complaint you will get is that there isn't enough.

Ingredients

2 pounds of processed cheese loaf
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (low fat works well too)
1 jar of salsa (8-12 ounces)
1 pound of sausage.

Brown sausage on stove top as you would brown ground beef. Meanwhile, in slow cooker chunk processed cheese and pour in salsa, soup, and salsa. Add drained sausage when fully cooked. Turn slow cooker to high and stir after about half an hour. Keep stirring every 15 minutes or so and when it is melted turn to low.

Serve with nacho chips. I buy two bags of chips per batch.

I use generic salsa and soup. I use mild salsa but you can substitute medium or hot if you'd like. I buy the rolled sausage as I found bulk sausage to be a little too salty, but this is personal preference.

Enjoy the party and watch it disappear!
