Large fresh bread rolls are delivered to your table to start your meal along with a free side dish containing small hard bread crust with tomatoes in a basil spice. The menu is very big and offers a wide selection of food to choose from including pasta, fish, chicken and veal. One of my favorite dishes to have is called "Spaghetti Salmone" which contains spaghetti in a creamy pink sauce, mixed in with pieces of salmon. The dish is quite big and the meal costs about $16. Pasta Lovers also offers dinner specials which range from $20-$23. Dinner specials contain a main course meal which will be pasta, seafood or veal, along with your choice of soup or salad, desert, and coffee or tea.
Deserts are also quite good and the selection includes a creamy cheesecake, chocolate covered canoli, fruit salad, chocolate moose cake, strawberry cheese cake, and a three layered cake. Deserts can be a little expensive, ranging from $4 to $7. However, the deserts are worth every penny. Cappuccinos, coffee, ice coffee, and tea are also offered.
The service is also exceptionally and the waitress or host will come over to your table several times during the course of your meal to make sure that everything is ok. Water is constantly being refilled and the food usually comes right out of the oven, even on peak night when the restaurant is packed. There is also a parking lot for restaurant customers which remove the hassle of trying to find parking. Television screens are also on display which usually contains sports games on that night. Table arrangements include booths which seat up to 5 people, and large tables which can seat large groups of people.
Another great aspect which makes Pasta Lovers so family friendly is that on top of each table cloth is a white disposal sheet which little kids can draw on with the crayons. Crayons are provided on every table by the restaurant. So while you're little children are waiting impatiently for their food, they can draw on the table to entertain themselves. The white cloth is then thrown out an end of your meal.
If you are looking for a great family restaurant at an affordable price, then you should definitely try Pasta Lovers.
