Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at MGM: The MGM is always known to have something going on that creates a buzz, so it's no surprise that it houses Emeril's New Orleans Fish House. I strongly suggest you make reservations if you're interested in getting a seat without having to wait for a large amount of time. Know that before you sit down, the prices are probably going to range from $30-45 a person. Entering the restaurant from the north side you can see how big and spacious of a dining room it has to offer. There are plenty of tables and booths to pick from as well as extra seating around the bar area. The menu is stacked with the freshest fish, clam, mussel and calamari dishes. Along with having a grand selection of seafood, they also have tons of sandwiches and a long list of soups. The Po Boy sandwich and gumbo are good choices for those looking for a "down-south" feel. Try your best not to be overwhelmed by the intoxicating flavors of the food combined with the intoxicating list of wines. The comfortable bar area features lots of video screens for those looking to get their television "fix". The service is also great as the waiters and waitresses ensure your meal is the best it can be.

The Village Seafood Buffet at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino: The Village Seafood Buffet is strictly for seafood lovers! If you're looking for something else besides seafood, you might want to go somewhere else. The Village Seafood Buffet offers an amazing view of the Las Vegas strip, especially at night. It also takes you away from the normal meals such as fried chicken, mashed potatoes and prime rib. Although they do have those items, they are food experts in seafood. The customer service here is excellent just to bottom line it. It seems the waitress's make it a point to know about each and every item on the menu. Fresh clams, mussels, marinated calamari and shrimp salads are at the top of the menu for most popular. However; dishes such as Thai BBQ prawns, lobster tails and crab legs offer even more variety. The buffet can get a little pricey since its $38 a person, but your full stomach will thank you for it. Also if you don't plan on waiting too long in line, get there early. At times the line for this place can be wrapped around the block!

Top of The World Restaurant at The Stratosphere: Located on the 106th floor of The Stratosphere, Top of the World Restaurant has a magnificent view of the beautiful Las Vegas strip. There's no such thing as a "bad seat" when it comes to this restaurant since it revolves every 80 minutes. Yes, the restaurant spins and moves its placing so you can view the entire area. The restaurant excels at seafood dishes like pan seared sea bass, grilled catfish fillets and clams smothered in garlic sauce. The meals here also come in LARGE portions so be prepared. Restaurant RM at Mandalay Bay: Las Vegas has more celebrity started restaurants than probably any other city in the U.S. Restaurant RM is no exception as it belongs to Food Channel's chef Rick Moonen. This place sticks to what they know, down home cooked seafood. Here you can get grilled fish, fresh oysters in the shell and amazing clam chowder. Specialty dishes like butter poached lobster and grilled sea urchin are some of the most commonly ordered foods. The well laid out dinning room has solid wood tables covered with white silky tablecloths. King crab is also in major demand here as they constantly run out. As with most seafood eateries, this place can get up there in dollars so bring extra!

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant: McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant can be classified as upscale and sophisticated. As with a lot of seafood restaurants, it's best to make reservations here if you plan on getting a good seat. The menu is stocked with tasty appetizers like crab cakes or roasted salmon rolls. Other fish dishes like crusted catfish and tilapia get extra shine on the menu. Exotic dishes such as stemmed mussels, calamari and fried swordfish bring in tons of curious on goers. There are special deals during the mid afternoon and late evening on clams and mussels only in the bar area. Even though this restaurant specializes in seafood they go out of their way to prepare numerous juicy steak combos. The wait time is generally between 10-20 minutes unless you get there early. They later it gets, the more people that show up, the longer you have to wait!
