The Best Game Around

Grrr, I'm so mad,
like I could chew on tablets
and nails
and the worst thing of it would still be
my anger,
I shrunk a rope with how tight I squeezed it,
it feels like fickle hay in my hands.
Games are to blame!
pretty and cool,
you could be the assasin,
the beast-tamer or the mysterious
cross-dressing pirate,
and on level two, you're screwed because
it takes over you.
So upset that on the fifteenth year,
level 110 can't leave that island
with the same laptop and no food in sight.
I sprinkled lazy on my double-scoop of
shooting and beast-slaying.
The worst part, the one that stings,
brings the tear to my ear,
they canceled my internet, oh, no, bad,
but worst,
I chose those fiction warriors over you.
