Located at 222 Tejon Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado is Jose Muldoon's Mexican Restraunt. Downtown and directly across the street from beautiful Acacia Park is the Mexican-American Cantina. It was named after the legendary but fictional bandito Jose Muldoon. The menu at Jose Muldoon's is of traditional burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, chili rellenos, and many other south of the border favorites.
