Critter Spray Products 22032 118SG Siphon Gun: This costs $40 dollars. Critter Spray Products is a small painting and woodworking company. It attaches to a Glass Mason jar filled with glaze or other paint products. Which means you can use it again when the next home improvement inspiration strikes you. It comes with a 16-ounce Mason jar. This lightweight Spray Gun weighs1 ½ pounds. There is no warranty. However, customer reviews state that it is reliable and durable.
Binks Model 2001SS Spray Gun: This costs $210 dollars. Binks lead the way in the Spray Gun industry back in 1890. Their Spray Guns are top of the line. The 2001SS series is the showpiece of the Binks line up. It can do everything you will ever need a spray gun to do. It is a bit expensive, however, this is a very professional spray gun and it will leave a near perfect finish once you learn how to use it. It is made out of anodized aluminum alloy with a stainless steel plated head. This lightweight Spray Gun weighs 1½ pounds. It comes with a one year warranty.
Wagner Spray Tech Control Spray: This costs $50 dollars. It is the newest product from Wagner Spray Tech. This is a versatile spray gun. It is useable outdoors as well as indoors. It has three different patterns and the spray size is easily adjustable. This spray gun was also designed for the purpose of wood working. It makes the finish look as if it was professionally paid for. The spray gun comes with a ¼ gallon spray cup. It weighs 3¼ pounds. It comes with a one year warranty.
Porter Cable PSH1 This costs $85 dollars. It is one of the two spray guns offered by the Porter Cable Tools Company. It is a very standard spray gun and is very well priced among similar spray guns. The downside is that spare parts are very difficult to find if spare parts ever become required. It is made from a die-cast alloy and it comes with a 20oz spray cup. It weighs 1¾ pounds. It comes with a one year warranty.
AOM ASTURO E70: This costs $85 dollars. AOM is a company based in America, but it uses the metric system. This is great if you use the metric system, as few products in America do. This Spray Gun is useful for smaller sized jobs, which makes it perfect for indoor use. This gun will give a very professional looking finish. It is made out of an aluminum alloy. It comes with a 500cc spray cup. This is about half a quart. It weighs one pound and comes with a one year warranty.
All of these spray guns are easy to assemble and use. The spray cups make it easy to change colors. They are all quite durable, and all but one come with a one year warranty. For the purpose of glazing kitchen cabinets the Wagner Spray Tech Control Spray is the best option. While all of these products get good reviews, the only spray gun that is cheaper is the Critter Spray Products 22032 118SG Siphon Gun. The ten dollars saved is not worth it for two reasons. The first one is that there is no warranty available. The second is that Wagner Spray Tech Control Spray is a far more versatile spray gun. All of the other guns are either too expensive for the job required or better suited for commercial use.
Enjoy your newly glazed kitchen cabinets.
