Peanut Crunch Cake
1 package yellow cake mix½ cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter1 cup water
3 eggs1/4 cup veggie oil
3/4 cup chocolate chips3/4 peanut butter chips
Beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. Set aside ½ cup.
Add water, eggs and oil to remaining mixture and blend on low. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in half of the chocolate peanut butter chips. Pour mixture into greased baking pan. Combine remaining mixture and remaining chips and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
