While this seafood restaurant is more famous for its steaks, they also are well known for their great seafood. While this restaurant is very expensive, it is also very good. They use only fresh seafood that can actually compliment a steak. The atmosphere here makes this restaurant worth going to. They have great service and it is a very lively place that I love going to when I am in downtown Austin. Not to mention the seafood, Fleming's also offers over 100 different wines available by the glass and bottle. If you are in Austin for a night, definitely look into Fleming's Steakhouse for some excellent seafood.

Louie's 106

While Fleming's Steakhouse was more well known for its outstanding steaks than its seafood, Louie's 106 is much more famous for its seafood and other sophisticated meals. Not only do they offer outstanding seafood, they also offer escargot, steak, and Mediterranean entrees. This high class restaurant is located right on downtown Austin and is located on the famous 6^th street. If you are looking for a great meal with seafood in Austin, Louie's 106 is one of the best restaurants you can go to.

Benihana Japanese Steakhouse

While this is a chain restaurant, it still has some of the freshest and best seafood in the entire city of Austin, Texas. Though they don't have the more American fish that everyone is accustomed to, what they do have is what you should be focused on. Their seafood consists of mostly sushi which includes a seafood bar. Other than the seafood though, they do cook all of your dishes right in front of you. This is by far the best part of Benihana's in my opinion. Although this restaurant is very expensive, it is worth trying once in a while! They offer all kinds of delicious seafood that you will not be let down by.
