Marlow's Tavern
3719 Old Alabama Rd. Johns Creek, Georgia 30022 (770)-475-1800
What would a tavern be without a great steak? Marlow's Grilled Rib-eye with warm Gorgonzola sauce is a memorable steak. Part of Chef John Metz's string of urban class restaurants in the suburban metro area Marlow's truly stands out. Marlow's Grilled Rib-eye is a steak to savory as it is great beef with a succulent Gorgonzola cheese sauce that leaves you wanting more.
Parking is easy and free. Service is perfect with a smile. Atmosphere is casual but with class.
Marlow's can definitely fix you up with a great steak at a reasonable price. Go on Friday's and listen to the live music while enjoying a great tavern atmosphere.
Garrison's Boiler & Tap
9700 Medlock Bridge Road, Johns Creek, Georgia 30097 (770)-476-1962
If you have never stopped by Garrison's for the perfect Martini you are missing something very special. A great neighborhood steak house with a warm atmosphere and suburb food.
I recommend you start with the oysters on the half shell and a great Angus Beef sirloin prepared just the way you enjoy it. You will love what Chef Adam Maddox has put together in a great steak house.
Parking is plentiful. Atmosphere is upper class. Prices are reasonable and the experience is elegant pampering at its best.
Try it and I am sure you will agree the martinis, oysters and steak are the best.
McKendrick's Steak House
4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30346 (770)-512-8888
McKendrick's is an old-line steak house complete with dark oak paneling, white table clothes and terrific service. Maybe a bit pricy for some but come prepared to eat hearty as their steaks are huge and their sides delectable.
Dive into an Oysters Rockefeller and follow it up with the Chefs Bone-In Rib-eye. It will be a meal you want to eat again and again. A first class bar and excellent seafood make this steak house complete.
Easy to get to with valet parking. Magnificent service. Terrific upper class atmosphere. McKendricks is a steak house we men truly enjoy.
There are the three best steak houses in the metro Atlanta area. There are others but they lack comfort, atmosphere, reasonable pricing and parking.
So if you want a great steak visit one of these three Atlanta steak houses.
