Glutamine is another essential supplement for bodybuilders. Glutamine is great for repairing your muscles and also boosting your immune system. This supplement should be taken in conjunction with the protein powder. Glutamine should be taken at least 30 minutes before your workout. If you are lifting really heavy, you can take the glutamine and drink it while you are working out. The effects of Glutamine are not instant. This is one of the supplements that actually takes time to work. You will have to be consistent and take it everyday, but when the results do happen, you will be very happy that you did.
Creatine
This supplement here is what I call a bodybuilders best friend. Creatine is another important product when it comes to building muscle mass. Creatine forces more water to your muscles, which gives your more volume and gives you more strength. It is very important that when you are using creatine, that you drink plenty of water. Most creatine supplements usually have a loading phase which insist that you take the powder twice a day for five straight days, then afterwards, taking before and after your workouts. You should start seeing results with creatine with 4-6 weeks of use. This is essential if you really want to see a difference in your body.
