The Best Universal Studios of Orlando Rides

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are two large theme parks that have a lot of rides, shops and live shows that will keep you entertained for hours. It can take multiple trips to Universal Studios before you have seen everything that interests you and it is worth it. Here are the rides that are the best in the park.

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man

The Spider-man ride is not a rollercoaster but it is a great ride to visit and makes you want to ride it again as soon as the show is over. When first entering the ride, there is a short walk that allows visitors to see areas of the newspaper where Peter Parker works and after grabbing a pair of 3-D glasses its time to board the ride.

For maximum enjoy try to sit in the front row, there a rider will not have his or her view blocked by someone who is taller than they are. Once the ride starts the action begins almost immediately. Spider-man swings down on his web and lands on the cart causing it to shake, giving a quick scare and great thrill. Visitors then get to watch Spider-man save them from his different enemies. Do not expect a crappy 3-D feeling that you get at the movies. The Spider-man ride makes you feel like you are right there in the middle of the action.

Incredible Hulk Coaster

The Incredible Hulk is the best rollercoaster at Universal Studios and it gives a terrifying ride. The lines can be long because it is such a great coaster. As soon as the Incredible Hulk rollercoaster begins to move, you think that it is going to slowly take you up and drop you like most coasters do but the breathe is almost knocked out of you as the coaster shoots forward and begins a ride of twists and turns. It is definitely a ride you should not miss.

The Cat In The Hat

Although it is a great ride for kids, the Cat in the Hat ride is also great for adults. On the ride you are taken through the house the Cat in the Hat wrecks in Dr. Seuss's story. Many objects in the home move and seem to fall over as your cart twists and turns and gives quite a few thrills.

MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack

The Men in Black ride is not a thrill ride or coaster. Once you are seated you will have to grab the special guns to shoot aliens that are on the space in front of you. The object is to shoot aliens and try to get a better score than the other visitors in a cart on the other side of a wall. The cart spins a few times but ultimately, getting a higher score is the thrill. Afterwards you can go to a photo area to see shots of yourself on the ride; you can buy those pictures if you choose.

Back to the Future the Ride

This great movie was turned into a great ride at Universal Studios and the storyline involves Biff once again finding a way to go back to the future to cause mayhem. Although Back to the Future is a great ride, the biggest problem is the long lines. It can take a long time before you are finally able to get on the ride. These long lines are caused by the fact that only a few people are let in at a time and once in you stand and watch a story before being ushered into another room to continue the story. Finally its time for the ride and you are in the Back to the Future car. You are time traveling and the car dips and appears to zoom through different decades and centuries as you chase Biff.
