I suppose the intention of your piece on how to babysit grandchildren was honorable but that was easily the most useless thing I've ever read- the things about choking, good water, etc- do you not know that grandparents were parents first and they tend to know these things? Do you think grandparents need to be told this? Did it not occur to you to address the real issues grandparents face like keeping up with small children with no longer young bodies, trying to respect the parents' rules when you don't agree with them, but don't want to give mixed messages to the child, realizing that there are many new rules in the high tech world and it pays to keep up, and by the way, do you think most grandparents feel more pain than pleasure, really, in the time spent with their grandchildren? What moron wrote this?
