The Best Weapons of The Saboteur for Xbox 360

The Saboteur for Xbox 360 has been my addiction for the past two months. One way to ensure your success is making sure you have the right tools for each mission. If you choose the wrong weapons, you may have a difficult time completing the objectives. Here is a list of the weapons that I feel are the absolute best.

Silenced Pistol

One of the best tactics in The Saboteur is keeping on the down low. Drawing unnecessary attention to yourself can quickly turn you into a sitting duck for the thousands of Nazi soldiers roaming around the city. Since this is the only weapon in the game (other than your fists) that allows you to take out enemy soldiers quietly, you should always keep one with you when possible.

Terror Scoped Rifle

If you are smart, you will spend a decent amount of your time on the Parisian rooftops. Peering at the enemy from a high vantage point will give you an advantage. It will also allow you to strategically pick off targets from a distance. The Terror Scoped Rifle is a special sniper rifle that is unlocked by completing one of the gold perk challenges. It has a great scope and very powerful ammo. One shot from this beast will knock your target right on his butt. The Terror Scoped Rifle is also a rapid fire rifle which makes taking out several targets easy.

RDX Explosives

Throughout the game, you will need to set explosives to destroy various Nazi structures such as barracks, guard towers, and fuel depots. At the start of the game, you will have access to dynamite. Since dynamite is a fussed explosive, you will only be able to set off one explosion before the Nazis are all over you. With RDX, you can remote detonate your charges. You can also plant multiple RDX charges before detonating them. This allows you to sneak around, plant explosives on several targets, and escape before lighting the place up.

Panzerschrek

As you advance through the game, you will encounter larger tanks, armored vehicles, and high flying zeppelins. These can be a challenge to take out; unless, of course, you are carrying around one of these bad boys.

For an even bigger explosion, unlock the Super RDX by completing the gold explosives perk. - To make your Terror Scoped Rifle even better, complete the perks that reduce rifle recoil and improve your steady aim. - If you are taking out multiple Nazi soldiers, you need to make sure that they are out of each other line of site. If one soldier sees his comrade fall, he will sound the alarm.
