Whenever I have visited the shop I have received the best customer service, even those times I just stopped in to browse the new artist additions. I don't encourage indecisive brides to change their minds on the wedding flowers, but last year my friend made some last minute decisions that I never thought the florist would do. Not only did the florist agree to the changes, but they made a few suggestions to really make the flowers appear at their best-- all last minute.

There is one drawback to the number of events and popularity of Stems in Chicago though. You do need to select your wedding flowers and plan the arrangements well in advance. Because of the number of high profile events, Stems is not as flexible with changes as the day nears, though everything possible is done to make your flowers the way you want them.
