My family's stay occurred on December 27, 2008 while traveling home from my parent's house.
As you walk in, you will see a tastefully decorated lobby, with very helpful staff to check you in.
A NOTE ON THE FRONT DESK STAFF, MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE- We had reservations, and before our arrival, I called to ask for an extra roll-away bed. The staff stated that no roll-away beds were available, but they can upgrade our room to two King beds and a pull out couch bed, at a rate that was $10.00 cheaper than we were going to pay for a double standard room! So basically, This particular Best Western gave us a double king sized room for less!
Upon entering the room, I noticed how clean everything smelled. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, Pantene shampoos and soap. The coffee makers in the room are also very clean. The model of coffee maker is a single cup brewer, and regular and decaffeinated brews are Both represented for your convenience.
The King beds in this room were pillow top mattresses, and very comfortable.
Other amenities that our family experienced during our stay was a refrigerator, microwave, and a clean coin laundry facility located in the back of the inn.
The Best Western breakfast experience is one of the best I ever had. They advertise a "complimentary continental breakfast," but this breakfast puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The Best Western in Russelville had not only your typical cereal and toast available, but hot items such as scrambled eggs, a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, and sausage patties. They have many beverages to choose from, and the dining area was very clean.
Lastly, I am known in my family for being very choosy when it comes to staying in a hotel. I have been to some hotels that I would not even let my worst enemy stay in, and some I may let them stay at, but feel very bad that they are there.
With that said, it is a rare occasion that I get to rave about a hotel that exceeds my expectations. The Best Western Inn in Russellville, Arkansas has achieved this standard in my opinion.
If I was traveling through again, i would definitely stay there again!
For all that are looking for a nice place to stay for Valentine's day, I recommend The Best Western Inn of Russellville, Arkansas.
Their phone number is 479-967-1000.
