When you think about paring wine with your entree, you should think of the wine as a condiment, for instance ketchup tastes good with fries, and mustard is good on a hot dog, the flavors never over power one another, it just simply tastes good together. Pinot Blanc

Chardnay
Chardnay is a full bodied dry white wine with a oaky, buttery aroma with hints of butter scotch, nuts, apples, pears and apricots. This delicious wine starts at $18 a bottle.
