The Bickerson Revival Part III
Most trilogies have a way of falling apart at the seams
Too much space, time and miscasting ruins them all
This time is the exception the usually cliched rule
New seating arrangement, same old fighting spirit
Putting up their dukes and getting ready to come to blows
Over material that would make Jerry Seinfeld blush
And get Larry David to demand a script rewrite
Tired of the romantic comedy plot thrown their way
Ready for a Real Steel for the 9 to 5 crowd
Dolly Parton would of course sing the theme song
And lend her Southern Fried charm for a standard cameo
The only difference in the latest sequel is the ending
Not a subpar cookie cutter piece with a raw doughy center
A reality based foundation wrapped in extra thick concrete
With the favorite workplace pair going in separate but equal directions
Once and for all
The end.
