The Biggest Loser: Season 10 Premieres Tonight September 21, 2010 on NBC

The Biggest Loser: Season 9 was a record-breaking season that included some of the largest contestants in the show's history. Can Season 10 measure up? While previous seasons always seemed to be about breaking records and finding the biggest and baddest contestants, the theme of Season 10 is "paying it forward" which is a bit of a different feel. The goal of The Biggest Loser this year is to expand their horizons beyond the contestants with a focus on communities as a whole. The premiere episode will feature trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels leading community exercise sessions in Detroit, Los Angeles, Portland, Atlanta, Phoenix, Oklahoma City and Boston. This new theme should make the show more relatable to the general public instead of only motivating those who have a large amount of weight to lose.

Not all of the below contestants will make their way to The Biggest Loser ranch as this episode will start off with some challenges where they will have to "win" their way on to the show. Anyone who's seen the show knows that prize is good and bad at the same time! Yes they will win a chance at losing weight and getting healthy, but they will also be winning a lot of hard work that they must face head on. Can they handle it?
