The blizzard has arrived.
It's big, nasty, and mean.
Piles of snow blowing
Makes the weather so obscene.
Cars moving at a snail's pace
Or landing in some ditches.
Frozen bones shoveling snow
Is worse than cleaning the dishes.
I'll take a break from the heavy work,
But I know that when I return.
The snow will be right back again
Giving me a reason to burn.

Post a CommentI remember the blizzard we had years ago. Hope we never have another one like that again.
