I have been overweight for several years, and I have had many personal bouts with the yo-yo syndrome in the past. I have lost several pounds, with struggle, and have managed to find the weight again and again.

This last year I started the Blood Type Diet plan, and this diet has really helped me to take the weight off, and so far keep it off with ease.
