The Body and Emotional Health, it Might Be Signaling Something

The human body, a miracle of sorts and wonder, for many. "We all have our quirks." That saying has most likely been mentioned a time or two, within a range of some auditory comprehension. Possibly whomever came up with the saying, was describing how they felt at the moment and mentioned on impulse or simply an observation of their influence or just noticed something about somebody else. There is a vast array of emotions and sometimes the human body communicates not only with the person, but with others in a social instinct of sorts when there is something of concern or in ail. I guess what it amounts to is another simple thought of saying, "we all have our self defense mechanisms." Emotions have a way of helping the body adjust, through times of confusion, pain, anguish, temperament, and a vast array of other situations. I also think something as simply perceived as being off balance for a brief moment, or of accident, or something as complex as having an elevated or decreasing white blood cell count , for example can trigger an emotional response to compensate and help heal the body, and we may not always realize it, and simply equate it with something else in the moment. Stress, we humans might not always realize the simplest or even the most evident of reasons for trigger. Why? With all of the things we get busy doing, for entertainment or survival, we might forget to acknowledge realization and continue about our business.

Humans, we are all indigenous. I am thankful I cannot think of any other form of transportation alive or that is anthropomorphized that can get us up to 40-60mph, that we can ride and travel for miles, such a distance for so long, without rest. Adaptation results, and of course, many benefical things occur from being able to adapt from such a travel. Being able to endure rates of speed such as this might of helped kick started the speed up in evolution, or, education, if you acknowldge such. Being able to ride in altitude even faster or on a smooth track, might of even helped medicine out a bit, too. Ever wondered why some people build and live in a house up on stilts, close to water? Of couse so it dosen't flood, and easy acess to fluid, but there might actually be a medical reasoning there gone unacknowldged for awhile. I could be wrong, and this might be a "quirky" reasoning, but, we have balance, and being up high like that might be/of been a thereputic way to help heal certain conditions, or even preventitave measures, I am not going to go all in too that right now. Personally I can sit one story up and feel the difference, regulate, adapt and then still notice and can feel how high up when I think about it. It's a lot of fun, and kind of like excercise. It's another thing that people now a days, might over look, living up high. Also, being at a sit, not using all or most of our muscles during a rate of speed like one would do when riding on the back of a four legged mammal that could carry, or a two legged feathered friend, if our weight premitted, might actually be triggering a instincual confusion we might not realize being accustomed to modern travel. Organ function at it's finest, or most simple, might be effected and affected and we might not realize it, and it might just be over looked and by now adaptation has done it's part. So, my point? It's the simple things that might be actually the most complex. Kind of like roller skates; medical tools. Even the bicycle, who would of thought? Well somebody invented, and got a result, wether or not it was a speedy result and desired, I do not know, but it is amazing what people will accomplish and come up with to help, or just be entertained by or help another out.

Our emotions might be telling us something, and it wasn't really the commercial, or article of mail advertisement, but those things, ( only for example), could of been the trigger that may of made one realize, during the laugh or sigh or whatever, an emotional moment to themselves. Emotions, it's not like one can actually have a wrong emotion, it's just that there is a time and place for everything, and everything in it's place. Society accepts the norm, and abnorm now a days. If you think your reaction emotionally is abnormal to you, you go to a doctor, and request a check up, right? That's important. Essential and can be life saving.

Depresion, can be a signal that there is something wrong. It could actually be physcial. I think it can also trigger other emotions, during that sadness, or for some just a breathing and impulse response. I personally think that depression can be a way of lowering reaction time to a rest, and the crying might be the bodies way of trying to regulate tempature, breathing and possibly even blood pressure, for an example, besides whatever reason made one upset. I deal with it, very well, examine the actual physcial aspect of it, take my psych meds and work through it. I haven't cried in awhile. I did notice, it can also be in relation to something like mere weather changes, or the change from day to night or night to day that might trigger a bit of saddness, which can also be a fond anticipation, rememberance or recollection.

It dawned on me, retinal fatigue and blind spots, might have something to do with "dyslexia", which I have personally determined is the bodies way of trying to get some rest in the moment, and still work to read, learn and utilize written information, or notice sorrundings. Not to say I have that, because I have not been diagnosed with it, but someone I care about, has mentioned it in their life. That retinal fatigue, I did experience, first time I noticed, and the blind spots I was also able to notice, that went away, only a couple of times did letters I was looking at look backwards, and it became a voluntary involuntary response to environment, travel speed and accustomizing myself socially, trying to learn while unacknowldged, fondly accepting supervision and appreciative of guidance. Over all it was a feeling associated with it, pretaining to balance, and that, in that, there may be solution. I didn't really notice the vehicle moving, that being the rest, then, and wasn't effected by social setting, and didn't notice most of the other travlers. So the focus, was on the wording, and with that focus, and that acknowldgement of balance, the letters looked all straight and forward facing, and I felt my optic nerves, for the first time, and understood how strong they were too, and understood "focus" impulse. My point, education, it does help, and is a theraputic solution for a lot of things.

I have gotten to the point were I realize hormone realese, and regulation. I understand minimually how it helps tissue regeneration. I understand organ decline and cholesterol, how they relate. Protine it's complex, so is simple sugar. All of these things pretain. I mention, because, I mentioned hormones, and simply needed to clairfy intended route of defination, and use of mention in paragraph. There are more to hormones than a feeling and a sense or instinct. I acknowldge temperment, hormones might trigger for some and utilize that brief personal acknowldgement of sadness, which is empathetic to the corse and role they play. I just personally would like to think that I use them to help involentarily regulate pulse, breath, tempature and rationalize, possibly medication, essential for some people. I understand the difference bettween humor, humored, sharing and understanding it, might be an excuse, or reasoning, or an actual, for a lot. Hot flashes, one tempature flucuation demanding education. There is most likely something psychological there too, along with hormonal. I think that saying "humor me", we might of had communicated a time or two, just in general, and or been confused by, might actually mean enjoy humor, because accepted reactions of laughter might be scarce, and now a days smiles might be debatable. So in a way, times haven't really changed. Society itself has just become richer with conversation.
