The Bonefish Grill in Chattanooga, Tennessee

I, as some know, am a complete foodie. I love to find a great meal for a great price. Last night October 7th we decided to go to the Bonefish Grill at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga. As we arrived the parking lot was full and we were lucky enough to find a place to park we got out and went into the dimly lit restaurant and could automatically feel the substance and warmness of such a great place.

We decided to sit on the patio so that we could enjoy the cool night air as we ate. A very kind man came to take our drink order and offer us some freshly baked bread and olive oil pesto mix to dip it in. We ordered our drinks and opted for some appetizers my husband ordered the Ahi Tuna Sashimi which was toasted in sesame seeds and served with ginger and wasabi sauce. I chose the mussels as they reminded me of my childhood my father always ordered them. We sat at a pleasant table with the cool air and dark night upon us as we talked about our day and what it was like to be at such a nice place.

Before I could get half of my sweet tea down the kind waiter brought me another drink and was so pleasant when he arrived. Only moments later our appetizers arrived and they looked as good as they sounded as our 3 year old son munched down on the bread and oil we ate our very well made starters they were the perfect dishes for the most perfect evening. I usually go for the bargain dinner and as this was my birthday we decided to go for something a little special and that is exactly what we found here.

After we had enough of our first dishes the kind waiter came to take our dinner order I decided to go for the diablo shrimp linguine and hubby chose the rib eye. When our food arrived we were to say the very least pleased with what we had ordered it was so perfectly seasoned and presented fabulously ! We slowly ate our food and that was something that usually doesn't happen that often with our busy lives it was nice to take some time out and just enjoy ourselves. Our check was substantially larger then our normal bargain dinner but it was well worth it. If you decide to go anywhere in Chattanooga for a pleasant evening with freshly prepared food and a welcoming environment go to the bonefish grill!! I promise it will be worth your time and the extra money !! Happy eating!!!!
