The Boston Celtics Spring Cleaning in the NBA 2011 Playoffs

1. The Boston Celtics had confidence from the start of this series. They knew they would win.

2. Ray Allen was the man in game one hitting a game winning three.

3. Jermaine O'neal wants a ring and he is showing it in the playoff. Even if he isn't doing amazing things he is helping the Boston Celtics win and he help them win in game one of this New York Series.

4. Shaq was out this series but the Celtics survived.

5. Without Kendicks Perkins muscle in the middle the Celtics survived

6. Danny Ainge can breathe a little bit easier but the Heat is on him.

7. Doc Rivers said that they won game one because of Jermaine O'neal. That was high praise from a critical coach. Meaning Doc Rivers wants things to be perfect.

8. Carmelo Anthony should have stayed in Denver. He had a better chance of getting a ring.

9. The Boston Celtics leaders know that when the NBA Playoffs come its time to step up your game.

10. Would the series have been different if Chauncey Billups had played? Yes they had everybody but Spike Lee running the point for them. Billups is the man.

11. Kevin Garnett closed this game out. That's where Doc Rivers is so lucky he has multiple closers that can get it done all he has to do is pick.

12. They just got the win in game two even Doc Rivers said they were lucky to win.

13. They still are complaining about Rondo's wide open 15-footers.

14. Jeff Green was not that good in game two.

15. Anthony had 42 points and 17 rebounds for the Knicks. All that and they still lost game two.

16. Melo said that the Boston Celtics hadn't done anything special in game one and two. How special are they now Mr. Anthony?

17. The Celtics couldn't stop Melo in game two, but they stopped his team.

18. The Celtics beat the Knicks easy in game 3. No fight in the knicks in game 3.

19. In game 3 they put some lock down defense on Melo and that's what won them the game.

20. I knew the Celtics could sweep the Knicks but that's their last sweep in the playoffs.

21. Big Baby had some very good moments in game 4.

22. Miami is going to be a tougher challenge.

23. The Knicks put up a small fight in game four but it didn't work.

24. The Knicks are going to blame the lost on injuries. Come on; look how old the Celtics are they are injured for the rest of their lives now. Their too old to heal and they still beat the Knicks ass! Go Celtics!
