Many people had told me about Carolina Cafe before I decided to try it out. I heard so many different people say that they served the best food they have ever eaten. Of course I was thinking that this was almost impossible. So one night I decided to give Carolina Cafe a try, and I sure was glad that I did.
The first thing that I didn't particularly like about the restaurant was the wait. I normally don't like to go to a restaurant where I have to wait for a seat. I'm a very impatient person and when I go out to eat I don't want to have to wait in line forever. The wait was about fifteen minutes and then we were lead into the dining room. The place was a little crowded for me, and there wasn't very much room.
There were lots of items on the menu that sounded really good. I chose to order a steak, which was around fifteen dollars. The price was a little high for what I would normally get, but I decided to splurge a little. My meal came with one side and a salad. The salad was pretty big and had all different sorts of toppings. It was very delicious and by the time I was through eating it, I was almost full already.
When my steak finally arrived, I was overwhelmed to see that it filled my plate. There was hardly any room left for my side item. The steak was very large and looked delightful. The meat was done to my standards and tasted very juicy to be cooked well done. I was very impressed by their cut of steak.
Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to Carolina Cafe. I thought the food was great, and the service was exceptional as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to try something new and different.
So, if you want a good meal at a good price, I suggest that you go to Carolina Cafe. They are conveniently located at 204 Florida Ave. Chesnee, SC 29323.
