There are many people around the world who suffer from anxiety. Often, those who suffer from anxiety do not know why they have this attacks or what can cause them. During these feelings, they loose concentration and have no understanding why they feel the way they do. There are many factors that can cause an anxiety attack, such as emotional stages like grief, health condition can cause stress and stress can lead to an attack. Anxiety is often accompanied by dizziness, rapid or irregular heart rated, rapid breathing, diarrhea, fatigue, irritability, and even sexual problems. These attacks are also along side twitching, trembling, muscle tension, sweating, and difficulty of swallowing. Drugs and alcohol can also contribute to the attacks as well. Having a poor diet increases your chances of having an episode; so it is important that you keep yourself healthy. The pressures of society's values such as needing to become "thin" and having the "perfect body" or having the right appearance, the money to impress a female, and the latest car, are other causes of anxiety. Some symptoms can be trigger by unable to express feelings and emotions, family and relationship problems, physical abuse, obesity, sometimes even eating fast foods. Separation from a child (first time parents), or from a parent are common factors for frequent attacks. As well as finding out that you are becoming a first time parent can have an effect in an episodes. Regardless of the factors and causes that anxiety is accompanied by anxiety can be over come. But some feel as if there is nothing that they can do. So by thinking this their attacks increase by every episode making the next worse then the other. Especially during becoming anxious because of lost of job, or change in careers. At the same time phobias can set in with your anxiety becoming afraid of the world. Some go as far as not stepping out the door because they afraid and so because of their fear their anxiety strengthens. There are at least over one-hundred causes of why you are been attack by anxiety; now is time to track what causes yours and put an end to it.
