The Cesar Galindo Show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

Mercedes-Benz fashion week begins September 10th and this year it will be featuring some of the biggest names in designer history. Designers such as the infamous Calvin Klein, Promise, Badgley, Carlos Miele and notable fashion designer Cesar Galindo. Galindo will be showing many of the brilliant, captivating designs from his 'Lift Off' collection. Galindo Is the fashion designer who made his debut in his hometown of Houston, Texas by designing costumes for the Houston Grand Opera. He brought fashion steamrolling into Houston, Texas with those designs. The Grand Opera also just happens to be his presenting sponsor for this years showing during fashion week. Galindo will be showing his collection on Thursday, September 10th at 7 p.m. in the M2 Ultra Lounge located in New York City. You might have seen a few of these designers pieces during previous episodes of QVC.

The showing at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week will feature many of his wonderfully designed, captivating feminine pieces for the adventurous woman in all of us. These original pieces are designed to make us feel like women while also helping us to achieve a classic and bold look, feminine but adventurous. There will many textures in Galindos collection this year, including mattes, shines and lots of short, multi-layered minis showing off the long legs of the runway models.

Also expect to see an assortment of slinky silks, wispy chiffon solids and stand out polka dots. The beading and special, custom painted embellishments on Galindos designs are sure to take center stage at Fashion Week.
