Every day we deal with the harshest of stares from people we don't even know. We are judged by people subconsciously, some of them we viewed as our allies. We go home, go to sleep, and do it all over again.
There's a decision we need to make every moment of our lives. A decision that could keep us where we are at or a decision that could put us on the road to another life. Do I eat this? Can I drink that? Will this affect my health? Is this diet safe? All questions that are dealt with on a daily basis.
No consciously we don't think we are committing harm to our bodies. Normally we wouldn't go jump off a bridge, or take a milk jug full of pesticide. But I'm sure everyone who's at this point of reading has had a time when they've eaten more than they need in one day. All of a sudden, we look up and wonder how did I put on those 10 pounds. Then it's, "Wow, when did I put on 25 pounds?" And it just grows from there.
Are there any options? Does someone have a solution to the problem of obesity? With all of the fluff out there to make money, who has the right formula for us to lose the weight safely, along with the support to help us along the way.
Well that decision starts with you. Make a decision that you're going to make a definite change and come hell or high water you're not turning back. Start with one healthy meal for a day. Or maybe you might say you're going to remove white bread, sugar, fast food and replace it with a vegetable menu.
Start your exercise regimen. Maybe you can only do one flight. But make a goal and set it for going 5 flights (twice). And work for that goal every day. Document everything you do, and reward yourself with the smallest of accomplishments.
You are truly the defining factor as to where you'll be tomorrow. Take charge and change your life.
