The Christmas Program

A Holiday Poem

Joseph' s beard is falling off.
Mary's robe is ripping.
The angel only has one wing.
The manger keeps on tipping.

The shepherds didn't learn their lines.

but we hope you'll take it as it is,
in all its fallen glory.

It may not be the very best

but I think if He is watching
it will still make Jesus smile!

Sweetie, if there was a prize for best Christmas poem, this one would surely win it! You've done a great job painting a picture in my mind, and your words flow so well. You've made this look easy, but I know from experience that it is not. Great work!
