Anyway, the movie starts out with Prince Caspian (played by Ben Barnes) running from his crown. He is the rightful prince of the Telmarines, the humans who live where the Narnians once lived. Different, isn't it? In fact, 1300 years have passed from the time the Pevensie children (Peter, Susan, Edward, and Lucy) left Narnia. Since then, the Telmarines found their way in and nearly wiped extinct all the creatures that once resided there. The creatures that are left have either become wild and no longer talk or have begun to live underground and have given up hope that Aslan will ever come back and save them like he did in the old days.
In the midst of a desperate situation, Prince Caspian blows Queen Susan's horn, given to him by his mentor, in hopes that it would help. In doing so, he calls the Pevensie children back to Narnia and secures the following of the remaining Narnians to help him reclaim his kingdom.
Driven from his throne by his uncle, Prince Caspian is caught between the kingdom that is rightfully his via his anscestry--though, it has become a kingdom of murder and destruction--and the kingdom of Narnia and all the subjects that rightfully belong on the land that his ancestors took from them.
Employing the help of the Pevensie children, Prince Caspian struggles to recover the land for the Narnians. However, even the team of five children, with the Narnian army behind them, cannot manage it all by themselves. The trouble is, Aslan is still nowhere to be found.

Personal Reaction: I thought this was a great movie. The special effects and graphics were as good as they were to the first movie. Prince Caspian has a very dark and dreary atmosphere, though. Despite its comical moments, it has a more serious tone, though the ending is certainly much more positive than the first. There were certain parts that I found kind of boring and dragged on a bit and I found myself zoning a little--it certainly didn't hold my attention as well as the first--but all in all it was definitely worth going to see.
