The Coach Tribeca Collection
Where is TriBeCca New York?
TriBeCa is located in lower Manhattan and runs from the Hudson River to Broadway and Canal to Vesey Street. It is a huge center of finance, the arts (like the TriBeCa Film Festival), and fashion in New York City, as well as home to such stars as Robert DeNiro and Uma Thurman. Although it suffered financially after the events of September 11th 2001, TriBeCa was able to rebound into one of the more prosperous sections of lower Manhattan thanks to government grants and a public relations push to attract new residents and businesses. If you are wondering why the name TriBeCa is written the way it is, that's because it's a combination of the words "TRIangle BElow Canal Street."
The Coach Tribeca Collection Line
The Coach Tribeca Collection is limited to the more functional products: a tote bag, shoulder bag, clutch, swingpack, wallet, and wristlet. The color choices are neutral, except for some items in patent leather, which are available in berry (deep purple) and pink.
The Coach Tribeca Collection features 3 horizontally stitched block stripes on all bags and wristlets. The Coach horse and carriage logo plaque is located on the front of each item in the Tribeca Collection except wallets. Most items in the Coach Tribeca Collection are either leather or patent leather or fabric with the Op Art Coach logo design. The clutch and cross body bags are not available in the Op Art design, while the swingpacks are only available in Op Art design.
Price Range for The Coach Tribeca Collection
Fans of Coach products will notice that the price range for the Tribeca Collection are fairly moderate with many items under $300:
Tote bag: $268 for patent leather and fabric - $398 for leather
Shoulder Bag: $298 for patent leather and fabric - $398 for leather
Crossbody Bag: $298
Swingpack: $128
Clutch: $198
Wristlets: $48 for patent leather and fabric - $58 for leather
Where is The Coach Tribeca Collection being sold?
The Coach Tribeca Collection is available now on the Coach website www.coach.com and will be available in Coach Boutique stores and select department stores by the beginning of August.
