Drinks You Would Die For
For $3.75, you can have my favorite drink, the French Silk Cold Press Latte. It is cold brewed coffee with vanilla and chocolate flavoring.
You can pick from many of the coffee and tea drinks. If you want a quick pick me up, a single shot of espresso is $1.75.
Specialty drinks like the Black & White Truffle is also favorite. It is made with bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate and hazelnut syrup. Three sizes are available, and the prices vary from $3.10 - $4.30.
There are a variety of smoothies and Italian sodas available. Their smoothies are made with fruit and red tea. You can pick from Wildberry, Strawberry, Strawberry-Banana and Mango flavors. Order the Freeze and enjoy a creamy espresso for $3.75 or $4.25. You can also order bottled water, juice or soda.
Fresh Food and Great Prices
The Coffee Emporium & Cafe has a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For $2.70 you can have a grilled breakfast Panini to start your morning or you can grab a muffin or a piece of shortbread to go with your coffee.
The lunch and dinner menu is full of choices. There are cold wrap sandwiches for $3.98. Pita sandwiches are $3.89. Grilled Panini sandwiches are prepared fresh every day. Half of a sandwich is $3.98 and for a full sandwich it is $5.25. Soup and salad combinations vary from $5.79-$7.39.
Vegetarians, don't feel left out! There are many choices for you. There are veggie cold wrap sandwiches, salads, and a meat free panini.

Friendly Faces and Friendly Fun
Service is friendly and fantastic at the Coffee Emporium & Cafe. You order at the counter and grab a seat at one of the tables or you can lounge in the comfy living room style lounge area.
The Coffee Emporium & Cafe isn't just someplace to eat; it can be also be a great social outlet. Sit and read a book, pick a board game from their game pile or listen to some music on Saturday nights.
Hours are Monday-Thursday, 6 am - 8:00 am; Friday, 6:00 am- 9:00 am; Saturday, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The Coffee Emporium & Cafe also has another location in downtown Cedar Rapids on the ground floor of the Armstrong building.
