Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Refresh my soul,
My Lord, My God;
Fill me with Your Spirit.
My Lord, My God;
Fill me with Your Spirit.
Give me Light
to find Your way.
Your Word,
Please help me hear it.
Enlighten me
with Wisdom, Lord.
Give Courage when I need it.
When Your advice reveals itself
to me
Please help me heed it.

Your poem reminds me of one of favorite psalms: Create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me...cast me not away from your presence, o Lord, and take not your Holy Spirit from me (Psalm 51:10)
