The Pro-classic 7-cup Food Processor has many helpful features that will aid in all of your food preparation needs. The Pro-classic has a single control switch providing two speeds, high and pulse control. You rarely need to precut fruits and vegetables when using this food processor. The extra large feed tube lets you insert them into the processor whole. Keeping smaller vegetables in place while slicing and shredding still isn't a problem though, there is a smaller feed tube molded into the large feed tube's pusher. The Cuisinart Pro-classic comes with two blades, one for chopping and mixing and one for kneading dough. The processor also comes with two slicing discs, one medium sized shredding disc and a 4mm slicing disc. When done, the Cuisinart food processor provides easier clean up. All of the processor's detachable parts, including the removable blades, are dishwasher safe and the base motor housing can be simply wiped clean.
If you want to add the Cuisinart Pro-classic to your list of helpful tools in the kitchen, expect to spend between $100 - $130 for a brand-new one. This Cuisinart product comes with a full five-year motor warranty against any manufacturer defects and Cuisinart provides you with an instructional video that shows you how your new food processor works. An instruction manual and recipe booklet that is also included will have you using your new food processor right away and give you plenty of ideas and shortcuts for recipes to fix in it.
There are many options out there when it comes to purchasing food preparation tools. Cuisinart offers an affordable and high performance choice with their Pro-classic. With the Pro-classic's five year warranty and added features that will assist you every time you cook, you can plan on using this food processor for many years without incurring any additional costs. I highly recommend the Cuisinart Pro-classic 7-cup Food Processor to anyone wanting the most value for their investment.
