This film revolves around a particular man born in the 20th century and has a bit of a misfortune in his life I the fact that he ages in counterclockwise as opposed to a normal person. His story is revealed by his love interests daughter, Daisy she reads the whole entire diary throughout the movie in which she recalls all of the events that took place in Benjamin Button's life when he was alive. Throughout the entire movie we get to experience many of the things that Benjamin Button goes through that we do as well such as growing up, getting old, living and dying. Benjamin's a very unusual individual in the way he sees life because he's quite the thoughtful observer in the sense that he sees life in various angles or ways. It's not only his life that makes him quite unique but it's also the way he loves that makes him in fact so special. Benjamin spends his entire lifetime trying to get a better understanding of why his love for Daisy works so well but only has a limited time to spend his life with her in just a couple of years. As we observe their lives we get a better sense of how many years of frustration and hardship are very worthy for just several moments in their lives when they experience happiness.
The way that this movies unwinds was very flawless to say the least. The way that the story unwinds from the time that Benjamin Button as an old chap to the way he ages to a young boy is unbelievable. The clock was so perfectly un-winded that it makes this film have this undeniable flow that makes it that much more enjoyable from the moment the movie starts all the way to the end. Although this movie is approximately three hours young there's not a single moment or minute wasted when watching this film. Although many people may despise just how long this movie was I think that it was well worth the wait because it was used wisely.
The whole acting cast is another thing worth mentioning and that to me was phenomenal. Brad Pitt probably did his best acting in this movie by far considering he should have won an Oscar or Academy Award for this movie which I find a little disappointing because he didn't. The way he acted as Benjamin Button under all that makeup you could still see all of the emotion that he portrays behind his character, which if it was for him it wouldn't make Benjamin Button all that curious.
I also find it appalling that anyone can consider this movie a bad film since several have been known to bash it. When I also left the movie theatre I overheard someone remarking "that this movie was extremely terrible." I was thinking to myself that this person was either on drugs or that they were just crazy because I absolutely loved it. It did such a wonderful job portraying life, love and even some of the many things we can and will lose for better or worse. What also makes most of the way we live our lives that much more memorable are the moments in life where we never truly get to experience something before it's too late. I certainly loved this movie and would give this movie my two thumbs if I had too, I would recommend this movie to everyone because it's something that everyone should see, they might learn some valuable lessons before they realize that it's too late to do anything if you don't take the necessary action right away. Life's to short and if you don't make something of it right away sooner of later you'll realize that you've made the wrong mistake for not doing so and you'll always be second guessing yourself for doing so.
