The Cute and Funny Things My Toddlers Say

I try to keep a journal and write down some of the silly things the kids do so I won't forget. There are so many silly things I forget to write half of them down. Kids say and do some of the funniest things.

A friend of mine had told me that her little one would always ask "Can I have one or no?" or "Can we do that or no?" The "or no" part would always be at the end of a question and we had a good laugh about it because she figured it was because she said "no" a lot. Well after she had told me that I had noticed my little ones would ask me "Can I have two or three?" when they asked for a snack or candy or something. I started to laugh because I wondered why they automatically asked for two or three and not just one. I guess because I always say "just one" and they are trying to get me to agree to more than one.

One day my youngest said she was "soooooo hungry" and wanted some "tummy beans." I had no idea what she was talking about. I asked her to show me but she didn't know where we kept the "tummy beans." I kept telling her I didn't know what she was talking about. Then her older sister comes running around the corner and says "Mom, she wants nuts." Then I realized she what she wanted the can of cashews that we were eating the day before. Apparently she created her own name for cashews...tummy beans!!!

My youngest always says the cutest thing when I forget or don't do something. Like one time I couldn't make it to a school party and she was bummed because the other moms were there. When she got home she said, "Mommy, you oops forgot to come to the party." If anyone forgets to do something she always calls you out on it, "You Oops Forgot!"

There are so may little things they do that make me laugh everyday. I would recommend to everyone who is blessed with having children to write down those funny moments so you can reminisce on them when they are older and your memory isn't what it used to be.
