THE DARK ROOM
Help me to see
The darkness around
The beauty to be
Alone and afraid
The darkness remains
Don't leave me I pray
I promise refrain
Once I could see
A vision not far
A light in the distance
A falling star
On you I shall train
My eyes to see
In the distance my light
My hope and my plea
Forever my love
I pledge to Thee
The light of my life
Keep trained upon me
In a dark room
I sit all alone
The stillness abounds
Tis then your light shown
