The Darkness
I live in the darkness of the shadows of my mind.
My thoughts are running wild and are quite insane.
I search for the light that I hope one day to find.
The light that will ease my fear and my shame.
Dwelling in caverns of unholy stench and gloom.
The darkness calls me to an impending doom.
As fear and pain claims both the night and the day.
Oh come sweet light to my soul I pray.
