quiet haze surrounds
my pennyshine moment
cacophony of one
solitary embrace
drifting through
a drip of candescent rind
echoes of a
shattered consequence
meant for this day
even so i won't relinquish
the violet dreams
echos in a promised flight
that lead me home to you

well written - thank you
So poignant and meaningful but still yet mysterious. Outstanding work. I loved checking my email today because I got a message that read, "Jolynne M Hudnell has been published on Yahoo! Voices‏" and I knew it would be awesome.
Very nice poem
