The Demeter Fragrance Line: Perfume that Smells like Dirt

We have all walked past or worked around someone with loud smelling perfume on, and wondered what made them buy it in the first place. But, we each have our own likes and dislikes which makes us all unique. However, where is the glory is smelling like dirt? Demeter Fragrance, like all perfume companies, is advertising strongly in women's magazines in an attempt to sell their own unique blend of perfumes. These are not blends that you might typically call exotic, but they are definitely different.

Dirt is one of the more popular scents that the Demeter Fragrance line carries. Dirt isn't just a unique name, it actually smells like dirt. Maybe if you grew up on a farm, or did a lot of gardening with your mom as a child, the scent might bring back some memories of time long gone. The question is, does a woman want to small like dirt? If you don't like the smell of dirt, maybe grass is better suited for you. Yes, you to can smell like fresh cut grass all day long.

For the plant lovers Demeter Fragrance created a perfume called Poison Ivy, that actually smells like the vine. How about Cannabis Flower, which is a perfect match to a marijuana plant in bloom. I don't think it will fool law enforcement if someone gets the idea to use it as a cover up, but it will certainly get you some strange looks. I can see some teen now saying "no mom I'm not using drugs, it's my perfume you smell". Other odd lines of Demeter Fragrance includes: Black Pepper, Sushi, Mushroom, Laundromat, Wet Garden, Play-Doh, and many more. The smell of Play-Doh isn't to bad, but I don't know if it would make a good perfume.

For some pregnant women who crave weird things, might actually benefit from some of these odd creations. I don't know that you'd want to smell like Dirt all day, but perhaps spraying a little in the room your in might settle your cravings. Some women do crave clay dirt during their pregnancy, and I'm certain smelling it is more healthier then eating it.

Not all of the Demeter Fragrance like is (in my opinion) disgusting. They also have fragrances such as waffle cone, which smells like a cookie with a hint of vanilla. For those who love mixed drinks they have Pina Colada, and many more mixed drink aromas. If your the type that looks forward to Easter just for the jelly beans, then you'll enjoy the Jellybelly collection. This collection has jellybelly jelly bean scents such as Wild Black Berry & Peach Cobbler, which does actually smell like you could eat it.

The Demeter Fragrance line is not a joke, it's actually rather pricey. You can purchase a mini sample of any fragrance for $5.00 or if you know your going to enjoy the scent you can purchase a full ounce for $20.00. They also carry body wash, lotions, candles, and other bath and beauty products in all of their unique blends of fragrances. The Demeter Fragrance line is make up of true scents, that means each fragrance smells like the real thing. If your not 100% sure, then you should buy a mini bottle first. Could Dirt be the next hottest fragrance on the market? As for me, I sure hope not.
