The Diet Plan to Increase Weight

The people in today's world also suffer from being underweight. Each individual would like to remain in standard weight range so as to be fit and confident in all the aspects of the life. The ayurved has very effective solutions to increase your weight and bring it to the standard weight as specified for your height. The thin and underweight people feel isolated, and may have inferiority complex that leads to various serious problems in the professional and personal life due to lack of self confidence. I have been practicing this specific diet plan to increase the weight in my long career of 12 years as a Yoga Instructor. I am going to cover such diet plan in this article.

The first and foremost aspect is to clean your body internally before implementing any such plan. This internal cleaning of body can be done by fasting for around two days by taking only liquid diet like vegetable and fruit juice, soup, and ample of water. Once this is done, you are now ready to implement the weight increasing diet program. The first aspect is to increase the calorie input by around 30% every day. The average healthy human being needs around 2100 calories per day. Try to increase the calorie level to around 2800 per day by taking more food items containing protein and carbohydrates. This must be done very gradually. The key aspect here is not only to consume more food but also, to digest it effectively. This digestion can be improved by regular physical exercise, outdoor sports, pranayama, and the yogaasans. Spending of around an hour every day on such physical exercises would really boost this program. The next aspect is to increase the intake of vitamins A and D in your body. These vitamins can be available from onions, carrots, tomatoes, Palakh and Methi bhaji, beet, and similar green vegetables. The sunlight also is a very good source of vitamin D and hence, one must take sun bathe daily during morning hours for at least half an hour. The fruits also must be taken daily in order to increase the natural energy level and the water content of the body.

The milk must be given the utmost importance in your daily diet. The milk is the complete food and around one and a half liter of milk must be consumed every day. Make sure to add minimum sugar in the milk. If the dry fruits like cashews, dry grapes, and the figs are dissolved in the milk for some time prior to taking the milk, it would be really advantageous. The milk program must be continued at least for around two to three weeks. The mental condition of an individual is also equally important in order to gain weight. The individual must remove all anxieties, stress, worries, and other types of tensions as far as possible for the fast and effective results. Though, it may not be possible to get rid of all such anxieties and stress, one must try sincerely to minimize them. The rest is also equally important as the physical exercise so as to give the opportunity to the body cells to grow fast. One must avail regular sleep of around seven to eight hours in the night. The regularity of your entire routine is also extremely important. The long walks also would help you to digest your food easily so that you can take higher food intake. The milk mixed with the dates, and bananas must be consumed daily for around three to four weeks. In short, the milk is the main key aspect of the entire program. The digestive system of an individual also plays a vital role in this weight gaining program.

The above plan must be followed for around four to six weeks in order to get the desired results. Once the results are obtained to individual satisfaction, this program must be stopped as other wise you may gain excessive weight and may need the weight reduction program.
