The Dream Crusher's Tale

A.M. Morgan
The end definitely did not justify the means

For reality feels like a distant daydream

Here silence has a loud whisper

That perfect masterpiece now appears as a faded picture

Money has lost its value and greed no longer presents an ego challenge

The embrace of perfection now lives in the shadows

Because prestige no longer does a single thing for the individual's self esteem

For the success without heart filled passion killed the essence of the dream

Now because of this a dream crusher's tale has been conceived
