The Dummies' Guide to Burning Fat in 3 Simple Steps

Looking for a foolproof weight to burn fat quickly? Does it bother you, why it is, that no matter what you do you just can't seem to burn fat, while others burn fat easily without even trying? Well here's a simple plan that (if followed properly) will help you in your desire to burn fat quickly.

First of all, you need to know that when it comes to burning fat, its all up to you, and when it comes to burning fat, having a positive, can-do mental attitude is really "half the battle". So get motivated, and decide that this time around, you MUST burn off that extra fat.

So having said that, you need to understand that in order for you to burn fat quickly and effectively, the two most important factors are : Proper Exercise and Proper Diet.

Proper Exercise

Start off your exercise program by doing a couple of minutes of cardio each day, you could start off with a gentle 20-minute walk or a 10-minute jog. You need to build up sweat in these 10-20 minute cardio workouts, and when you feel fit enough, add an extra 5 minutes to your routine. Keep on gradually adding extra minutes to your cardio routine in order to speed up your metabolism, and help your body burn calories faster, more effectively, and more efficiently.

Proper Diet

In addition to your cardio Routine, you need to have a healthy, diet program composed of fat burning foods. Since your cardio workouts result in a boost in your body's metabolism, its important for you to feed your metabolism by eating the exact kind of foods that will make it even more efficient in burning calories. The type of foods you need to focus on are lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and lots of fruits and vegetables. As much as possible, cut out processed foods from your diet program, and feed it with natural foods as much as possible.

Last of all, remember to drink lots of water, not only does water help to keep your body hydrated, but your body needs water in order to properly digest the food it takes in, and since water is essential to almost every metabolic process in your body, if you do not drink enough water, your body fails to perform at its maximum efficiency, which in turn leads to your body burning up excess calories at a much lower rate.

Start off your fat burning program with the right attitude, the proper exercise, and the proper diet, and you will be surprised to see just how much fat you'll burn.
