1 cup peanut butter
1 egg.
Really, that is all you need to make this. You mix it all together. If you don't want it to be really sticky you can add a bit of flour to the mix. Then you roll it into a ball, then place it on a greased cookie sheet. After that, press the dough with a fork that has been dipped in flour horizontally and vertically. Now, place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. When they are done they should be about the same color they were when they went in the oven you get it out of the oven they may not feel done because they are kind of mushy. I suggest waiting approximately 5 minutes before you take them off the cookie sheet. The last step is to eat and enjoy.
I hope you try this recipe and enjoy it.

Interesting. I'll have to try this and see how it works. I also have a peanut butter cookie recipe, but it has more ingredients than that. I am very curious to see how it turns out without flour. Great original article. :-)
