I could go see a doctor and get drugs sort of like the average person. But just the thought of listening to someone who barely knows me and by the way does not look as healthy as I do is a stress in it self. So I normally decide to take responsibility for my own health issues myself and attempt to learn to deal with the situation through education and research. I was fortunate in my case I was lucky enough to find a method that has worked for me for over 25 years.
I hope you are not disappointed but it does not require you to take drugs or even see a doctor for his approval. Those are the kind situations I prefer to avoid. Yes I believe there is a place for conventional medicine but first it would seem wise to learn more about your issue. Maybe you can even find a cure for your issue as I have and not just a treatment.
Treatments that require taking drugs to mask or cover up the symptoms are not a healthy choice for me. You will want to decide these issues for yourself. It is my belief that we should all be responsible for our own health.
The method that I was taught to use for stress relief is very simple. Sit in a quite place and relax. Close your eyes and imagine that you are peeling the layers of unwanted baggage from your body. You know the issues that you have chosen to carry around that are not doing you any good. You can imagine that you are like an onion and you are peeling away the layers of skin. After a bit of practice you will be able to feel the stress lift from your body.
Many times I am even unaware of the things that are really stressing me out but if I do this simple exercise I can really feel the difference. My method is just an example of how I relieve stress. Practice and modify my method until you are a master at relieving your own stress. Your friends will notice the difference. You will sleep better and become more productive and seeming less effort. Go ahead give it a try. This method has been very effective for me for many years and will work for you also.
