Shopping Tips:
Buy at dollar stores and discount grocery outlets. Do make sure that the items sell by dates are fresh, or at least 1 or 2 months out before purchasing food. My advice is to only purchase canned and boxed goods. Leave the fresh vegetables for traditional grocery stores and you should be fine. Also look out for sales and coupons at regular grocery stores.
