Prank #1: Log on to the character your friend plays the most. Chances are they are in some city or small town. If they are in a small town fly them to a city where you can get to their bank. Put all their gear in the bank. For the best effect put it in the bank bag slot (some players forget they have them). Fly the person back to the town they were originally at. Make sure you place them exactly where they logged off. Your friend will log on and he will see a naked character. In the next 24-hours expect a phone call from your friend, complaining about how Blizzard stole his gear.
*Added effect: Send an email or in-game mail to your friend from a Blizzard email, example blizzardadmin789@gmail.com, saying that his gear was deleted because it was hacked.
Prank #2: This prank is easier to achieve with a character with the ability to stealth, for example a rogue or a druid (cat-form). Travel to an enemy's territory, and place your friend's character inside a building and log them off. When your friend logs back on they will have level "???" guards attacking them. Then your friend will have a dead character and must retrieve his corpse, which is surrounded by guards! Now you must choose the best location. Placing the character in a big city may be impossible to achieve. If you place the character in a small town, your friend may easily sneak back out (there's no fun in that). So the perfect size town equals the perfect prank!
Could it get much better? It always can!
THE EPIC PRANK!
Here's the prank you read this article for! Here is how to pull off the Epic World of Warcraft prank.
To see your gear disappear or being trapped in an enemy city is one thing, but to actually see that your level 70 character is completely GONE is another thing. Unfortunately this prank will cost you $25-$50. All you have to do is log on your friends account on the World of Warcraft site and request a character transfer, which is $25 dollars. Make sure you transfer the character to a different realm. Then you can recreate your friend's character on his account with the same name, but now it is only level 1. Your friend will go crazy when he sees that his character is gone. For a World of Warcraft player there is nothing worse. But since many players take the game so seriously make sure you are near when he notices, that way you can laugh and tell him what you did. Unfortunatly if your friend does not want to play on the realm you transferred him to you will have to pay another $25 dollars to transfer him back.
These are genuine pranks; please do not delete your friend's character or throw away his items thinking it will be funny. Always make sure you or someone else (a guild member perhaps) is near to explain what happened.
Have Fun!

Post a Commentbetter yet just strip him of gear and move him to an opposite faction's city. When you get there, throw away his hearthstone (these are retrievable by just speaking to an inn keeper so no damage)

When you transfer a character, you can't transfer him back for 90 days. Make sure you want to keep your friend before you try this "endearing prank."
For something much less likely to get your car keyed, try this:
