The Evil Within
the sad story
the misplaced love
all the needless worry
Love me
that is her cry
but cross her once
reveal the lies
That is all it takes
that one wrong move
and the evil inside her
she will prove
You think
you are beyond the grasp
just let down your guard
and your forever she will clasp
In her cold dead hand
your soul for eternity
because you found out the truth
you mean nothing to me
For it is in those
who follow blind
that she finds her strength
love with no mind
Feel no sorrow
only enlightenment
that you are not the one
that will be the sacrament
For this night only
you are not in the sight
of the evil
that burns so bright
Blinding others with the flame
the promise so alluring
but there is only darkness
forever and enduring
